Whether you’re a freelancer, entrepreneur, or content creator- The Juliana is a haven with plenty of natural light and indoor-outdoor space to capture your creative vision. By filling in the below details, we will be able to have our marketing team reach out to you about any date conflicts or questions you may have.
The Details:
Media Tier I (co-op)
Experience the vibrant energy of a shared workspace. This option allows for The Juliana to operate business as usual (i.e. tours, walkthroughs, meetings, etc.), while welcoming creatives and professionals to conduct their content creation simultaneously.
Each subscriber will receive 3 hours of booking access monthly based on two weeks of availability at a time. Though not anticipated, The Juliana reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel time slots for unforeseen circumstances.
Media Tier II (semi-private)
Enjoy the privacy of either our indoor or outdoor space, perfect for focused work, photographers/videographers, models, influencers & more!
Each subscriber will receive 6 hours of booking access monthly based on two weeks of availability at a time. Though not anticipated, The Juliana reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel time slots for unforeseen circumstances.
