** Valet service is priced at $150 per valet attendant for up to 5 hours of event time. Additional hours are $25 per hour, per valet attendant. Rates are subject to change without notice and final pricing will be determined based on vendor availability and event requirements.
Scheduling Requirements
To ensure proper setup and guest arrival flow:
- Valet attendants must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled event start time to prepare for guest arrivals.
- Valet service will remain available throughout your event.
- Valet attendants will remain on-site for 30 minutes after your event concludes to assist with guest departures.

Why is valet service required for certain events?
For events with more than 50 guests, valet service helps manage guest arrivals and traffic flow. On-site parking and street parking are limited at The Juliana. So street parking must remain available for vendors and event operations, and on-site parking must remain available for valet.
How does booking work?
Clients coordinate booking directly with the approved valet vendor, Elegant Valet Services. Once booked, valet details need to be included in your final event planning information.
Can I hire my own valet company?
No. Events requiring valet must use The Juliana’s preferred valet provider. Our preferred valet partner is familiar with the property layout, traffic flow, and event operations, allowing us to provide a consistent and seamless guest experience.
Does the valet vendor need to provide a COI?
No. Since valet service is provided through The Juliana’s approved valet vendor, we maintain the required insurance documentation on file. Clients do not need to request or collect a separate Certificate of Insurance.
When should valet arrive?
Valet attendants must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled event start time to prepare for guest arrivals. The valet team will remain on-site through the conclusion of the event and will stay 30 minutes after the event ends to assist with guest departures.
