Bar Service Guidelines
- Events serving alcohol must use one of The Juliana’s approved bar vendors.
- Clients are responsible for selecting and contracting directly with their chosen bar partner.
- Clients may provide their own alcohol if permitted by their selected bar vendor.
- Bar vendors are responsible for providing required staffing, bar equipment, and service needs.
- Additional security service is required for all events serving alcohol.
- Alcohol service must conclude 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event end time.
- Final bar details should be included in your final questionnaire.
Our Signature Milk Truck
Complimentary use of The Juliana’s vintage milk truck is included with all bar service packages, adding a charming and memorable touch to your celebration. The milk truck provides a unique opportunity for customization and can be styled to complement your event aesthetic.
Clients are welcome to personalize the milk truck with décor that complements their event design. Please note that only vinyl decals and magnetic hooks are permitted. Permanent alterations, adhesives, or damage-causing décor are not allowed.
Bar Setup & Rental Enhancements
Create a beautifully styled beverage experience with additional bar décor and rental options available through The Juliana. Available enhancements include:

Why is bar service required?
Bar service is required for all events serving alcohol to ensure a professional and safe beverage experience for your guests. Our approved bar partners are licensed, insured, and familiar with The Juliana’s venue operations.
Can I hire my own bartender?
No. Events serving alcohol must use one of The Juliana’s approved bar vendors. This allows us to maintain consistent service standards, proper insurance coverage, and a seamless guest experience.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Yes, outside alcohol is permitted. However, all events serving alcohol must still book bar service through one of The Juliana’s approved bar vendors.
Do I need to collect a COI?
No. Since approved bar vendors are already vetted partners of The Juliana, required insurance documentation is maintained on file.
